Susan Fleming, Principal - Queensland

Susan has over 20 years experience in senior financial and executive roles based in Australia, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland.

Her diverse experience has been gained from working in many industries but in particular, a substantial amount of experience in the Manufacturing and Information Technology sectors. Several roles were held with international companies, gaining wide ranging experience dealing with countries including US, UK, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Susan's experience and skills include operational and financial restructures, implementation of financial systems, strong cashflow management skills and business start ups.

Susan has a very practical approach to problem solving and is quite comfortable at communicating with all levels in an organisation. She strongly believes in teamwork and has the skills to create, motivate and mentor teams in a changing environment.
