Chris Cooper is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience gained from a mix of CFO and corporate advisory roles across industries as diverse as mining services, transport, financial services, aviation, forestry and non-for-profit.
Chris has led projects which have delivered significant shareholder value through turnaround, strategic change management and union / management facilitation.
His career highlights also include tenures as Chief Financial Officer for Diverse Group Australia, Mitchell Corp and Bristow Helicopters.
Through experience with a national insolvency and restructuring firm, he has advised all big four banks on debt funding decisions for SME clients engaged in forestry, vineyard and property MIS schemes, retirement villages, marine services, transport and retail.
Synthesizing his CFO and advisory skills, Chris often utilises facilitation techniques, creative tools and visual aids to create a clear linkage be- tween business strategy, operational and financial performance.
