Dennis is a seasoned financial executive and licensed CPA (California, USA) with 30+ years of diverse industry experience including retail, technology, consumer products, professional services and hospitality.  He has served as CFO for multi-national listed companies, including Guess? (NYSE:GES) and Fossil Group (NASDAQ:FOSL), as well as smaller private-equity backed firms including Incipio Group and Torrid.  He has a record of transforming both large and small businesses and improving operating performance.  Dennis brings a strong operational, market and consumer focus to every assignment.
